Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 1200 per month

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. We are open to considering an immigrant in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and goals to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue
- Monitor the performance of sales activities and adjust plans accordingly
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Plan and oversee promotional activities such as product launches, exhibitions, etc.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential opportunities
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and regulations
- Hire, train, manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required
- Proven track record of achieving set targets
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
