Accountant - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and reconciling the organization’s financial records. This includes preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing reports for management as well as other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of all financial reporting
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities
• Prepare journal entries and other accounting records
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable activities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts; resolve discrepancies when necessary
• Perform month-end close procedures in accordance with GAAP principles
• Assist in preparation of tax returns and audit materials

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred but not required   
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or auditing role; prior experience with GAAP compliance preferred
    • Excellent problem solving skills; ability to analyze complex situations quickly
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookups & pivot tables)
    • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
    • Willingness to consider an immigrant for this role is essential

Salary: 1100 AED/Month
