Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office setting. We are willing to consider candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, writing emails, filing and organizing documents, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, managing calendars and data entry.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
