Position: Merchandiser
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the store and creating an environment where customers can be confident in their purchase decisions. You will work closely with staff to plan and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role in the retail sector and have excellent communication and organizational skills. We are also open to considering candidates from outside of the United Arab Emirates.

The duties of the Merchandiser include but are not limited to:

• Developing merchandise displays for store windows and shelves
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure all store sections are properly stocked
• Assisting customers with product selection
• Reducing stock shortages through accurate inventory control
• Identifying trends in customer demand to inform ordering decisions
• Training staff on product features and benefits.
