Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED
Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land, making precise measurements and recording data. This position requires minimal work experience and we are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Examining properties to determine boundaries and locating additional information such as survey markers and recorded deeds
• Measuring angles and distances using electronic distance-measuring equipment, theodolites, total stations and other surveying instruments
• Collecting data on topographical features such as elevation, contours, natural and man-made features using GPS instruments
• Analyzing maps, drawings and aerial photographs to determine boundary lines, locations of surface features or other relevant information
• Interpreting survey results to determine completeness of data sets or accuracy of calculations
• Preparing sketches or detailed reports which include a description of the surveys performed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Survey Engineering or equivalent field is preferred but not required
• Ability to accurately read survey maps with proficiency in algebra, geometry, trigonometry & calculus is essential
• Ability to operate survey equipment including theodolites, total station & GPS systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
