Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1200 AED

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from menu planning and customer service to budgeting and staff management.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the restaurant industry in a similar role, as well as a strong knowledge of food safety regulations. Knowledge of the local cuisine is preferred. Fluency in English is essential. We are also willing to consider applicants from abroad, and will provide assistance with obtaining work permits if necessary.

Responsibilities include:
• Creating menus, ordering supplies, and managing food costs
• Hiring, training, and scheduling staff according to company policies
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Adhering to local health codes and other applicable regulations
• Developing marketing strategies to increase sales and profits
• Maintaining financial records such as invoices and payrolls
