We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and help us maintain a secure environment for our employees and customers. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures in order to protect the company's assets, premises, products, and personnel.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role along with a degree or certification in security management or a related field. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to identify potential threats and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and review security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure that all security measures are being followed properly.
• Analyze risks or threats to the company’s physical assets, personnel, or products.
• Supervise the installation of security systems such as access control systems, CCTV cameras, alarms etc.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure that proper protocols are being followed.
• Investigate any suspicious activities on the premises or involving company personnel.
• Train staff on security policies and procedures as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all incidents reported on site.
• Cooperate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
