Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates for various positions. You will need to have 3 years of experience in recruitment and be able to think outside the box when it comes to finding the right candidate. The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants as well.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and screen suitable candidates for various positions
• Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including onboarding
• Advertise job openings on relevant job boards and social media sites
• Handle all recruitment queries from applicants or other stakeholders
• Develop detailed job descriptions according to company standards
• Monitor industry trends in recruitment practices

Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/hiring processes
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Abu-Dhabi
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
