Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and ensuring the success of our products in the market. You will be expected to lead and manage sales operations in order to meet organizational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies and plans to ensure the business objectives are met or exceeded.
• Manage territory/area/region by developing relationships with current customers and finding new opportunities within the market.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques.
• Develop proposals and presentations that provide solutions to customer needs while meeting organizational objectives.
• Establish account penetration plans for existing customers while focusing on new customer acquisition.
• Analyze market trends and identify potential areas of improvement or expansion within specific markets or regions.
• Monitor customer orders and shipment progress to ensure accurate delivery timelines.
• Provide regular sales reports to upper management on performance against targets/goals set.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience managing sales operations in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
