Job Description for Housekeeping Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day housekeeping operations of our hotel, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are properly maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, as well as excellent customer service and organizational skills. They must have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff is essential, as is the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed. Previous experience in a supervisory role is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations within the hotel
• Plan schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned according to schedule
• Monitor supplies and order additional items when needed
• Address any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by staff
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and guidance when necessary
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained properly
Salary: AED 1000 per month (plus benefits). We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.
