Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, reliable Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing emails.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong interpersonal skills and be highly organized. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients of all levels professionally. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have basic typing skills. As we are open to hiring an immigrant, the ability to speak both English and Arabic fluently is a plus.

Salary: 1100 AED per month
