Excavator Operator (1700 KD) – Al-Kuwait

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have experience with operating heavy machinery and should be detail-oriented and safety conscious. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 KD. We are also open to considering immigrant applicants for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate the excavator in accordance with regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain the excavator, ensure all parts are properly lubricated, and perform regular inspections to identify any potential problems.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding job tasks and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.
• Be aware of surroundings when operating the machine, including other workers, vehicles, and pedestrians.
• Load and unload supplies or materials onto the excavator as needed.
• Monitor fuel levels and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain records of work performed on the excavator as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience operating an excavator is required (minimum 3 years).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a certificate in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Must be familiar with local safety codes and regulations pertaining to equipment operation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read maps, interpret blueprints or schematics, and use GPS devices for navigation purposes; strong mathematical skills are also beneficial.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance; must also be able to bend, stoop, reach overhead, crouch down, climb ladders/stairs/scaffolds as needed for job duties.
