Business Manager – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to promote company growth
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of plans
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitor financial performance closely to ensure that goals are met or exceeded
• Formulate pricing policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, vendors and other external parties
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business unit

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role in a multinational organization
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, financial management, HR management & best practices
• Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders, clients, partners and vendors
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to make strategic decisions quickly
