Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and classroom activities according to curriculum standards
• Facilitate student learning by creating a stimulating classroom environment and providing instruction which encourages critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance throughout the semester
• Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, homework assignments, projects, etc.
• Keep up with current teaching trends through ongoing professional development activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field of study
• 3 years of teaching experience in the same or similar subject area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of common core standards and curriculum frameworks
