Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget. The role is a full-time position and the salary is 1700 AED per month. We are also willing to consider candidates who are new immigrants.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successful project management and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of projects while ensuring quality control throughout each phase of the project life cycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that anticipate potential problems and delays while documenting timelines, resources needed, risks, budget forecasts, etc.
• Create clear communication channels between stakeholders while providing regular updates on progress to ensure transparency across all teams involved in the project.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines set by higher management teams.
• Monitor costs associated with the completion of each project while ensuring that projects stay within allocated budgets whenever possible without compromising on quality or timelines set out in original plans.
• Regularly review progress against goals/budget/timeline to identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation strategies as needed throughout each stage of the project life cycle
