Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant and ensuring that all customer service and operational standards are met.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be expected to lead and motivate a team of staff, whilst developing a culture of excellence in customer service. You will ensure that all staff are adequately trained and have the necessary resources to perform their duties. You will be responsible for overseeing operational processes to ensure cost-effectiveness, as well as maintaining high levels of hygiene in the restaurant at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate excellent leadership skills, possess strong decision-making abilities, and have an eye for detail when it comes to food quality. An understanding of hospitality industry trends would also be an advantage. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but we are open to considering candidates with no experience who can demonstrate their potential in this field.
