Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1500 AED per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a passion for hospitality and restaurant management, and must be willing to relocate to Dubai. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry and must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task, and have the ability to manage staff effectively.

The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to ensure that customers receive outstanding service at all times. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that staffing needs are met in a timely manner, troubleshooting customer issues quickly and efficiently, and managing inventory levels. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting new employees, training and developing staff members, creating marketing strategies to increase business sales, developing customer loyalty programs, monitoring employee performance on a regular basis, and ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety regulations.
