Job Title: Land Surveyor - Riyadh

Salary: 1700

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate should have a proven experience in the field with a valid qualification. The employee will be responsible for surveying and mapping land and other physical features for various projects, including designing topographic maps, boundary surveys and subdivisions.

The successful applicant will be required to use a variety of surveying instruments, such as total stations, electronic distance measuring equipment and global positioning systems (GPS). They will also need to produce accurate plans using AutoCAD software.

Main duties include:

• Establishing horizontal and vertical control points on the ground by using a total station or GPS;

• Producing survey drawings;

• Measuring the angles between two points on the earth's surface;

• Preparing sketches, reports or maps of survey results;

• Analysing data collected from surveys;

• Setting out sites for construction works;

• Ensuring that any health and safety regulations are followed.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. They should have good knowledge of AutoCAD software applications or similar drawing packages. In addition to this, they must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
