Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to completion and ensuring that they remain on schedule and within budget. You will also coordinate the activities of staff members who are assigned to a particular project. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking progress, monitoring costs, and providing regular updates on the status of projects.

Duties

The duties of a Project Manager include developing project plans; assigning tasks to staff members; monitoring the progress of projects; managing budgets and resources; creating reports and presentations; ensuring goals are met in a timely manner; establishing timelines for tasks; providing support to team members; evaluating performance on completed tasks; identifying risks and opportunities for improvement; and creating contingency plans as needed. You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of project deliverables, including design documents, user manuals, test plans, installation documents, and training materials. Furthermore, you will provide guidance in resolving conflicts between staff members or departments.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities as well as excellent communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration is preferred but not required. Additionally, we are willing to consider a foreigner with no experience for this position.
