Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including experience managing complex projects and ensuring their successful completion on time and on budget
• Thorough understanding of project management processes and methodology, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing projects from conception through completion. This includes developing project plans; establishing timelines; defining goals; coordinating resources; monitoring progress; tracking budgets; providing regular updates to stakeholders; ensuring quality control standards are met; and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing project risks, delegating tasks to team members, overseeing contractors when necessary, maintaining accurate records of all tasks completed by team members or contractors, creating status reports to update stakeholders on the progress of projects, and working closely with senior management to ensure timely completion of projects.
