Job Summary
Project Manager - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and execution of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and that projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeline.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop project plans that include budgeting, scheduling, resource management and quality assurance
• Monitor project progress on an ongoing basis to ensure objectives are achieved in a timely manner
• Liaise with clients to track progress of projects and provide regular updates
• Analyze data related to progress of projects and make recommendations for improvement when applicable
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and create contingency plans accordingly
• Develop strategies for successful completion of projects within agreed timelines
• Provide technical guidance to project team members as required
• Manage scope creep by making sure changes/requests meet project objectives while staying within the allocated budget.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from planning through implementation
• Knowledgeable in project management methodologies such as PMI/PMP/Prince2 as well as Agile approaches
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Project Management or related discipline
• Experienced working with international teams across different time zones
