We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions, menu planning, and supervising kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be creative and professional, with an eye for detail. A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Creating menus that appeal to customers' tastes and dietary requirements
• Developing recipes and training kitchen staff
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff
• Ensuring quality control of all meals served
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
• Maximizing profits through cost control strategies
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure best quality ingredients
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes before they are served to customers
