Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the development and management of kitchen operations and staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional cooking experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a middle eastern cuisine. You must have excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail. You should also be able to work well under pressure, be flexible with your working hours, and have great communication skills. You must also have a valid work permit to work in Kuwait.
