Office assistant vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker
Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly motivated, organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer service-focused, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including but not limited to: welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, data entry and filing documents. Additionally, this individual will provide general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• At least two years of experience in an office setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Reliable with good problem solving skills
