Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Phlebotomist to join our medical team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from both outpatient and inpatient clients, preparing specimens for testing, and performing other related duties. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.

Job Duties:
The primary responsibility of the Phlebotomist is to collect blood specimens from patients in a timely and accurate manner. This includes taking the necessary medical history, identifying patients correctly, collecting samples according to established protocols, labeling specimens accurately, and documenting all related activities. The Phlebotomist must also ensure that all equipment is properly sterilized before use and that all sample handling procedures are followed as required by the laboratory. In addition, they must maintain proper patient confidentiality at all times and assist with other clinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be a certified phlebotomist with at least one year of experience in the field. They should also possess strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients from different backgrounds. Additionally, they must have excellent attention to detail when taking blood samples as well as exceptional organizational skills for managing sample collection records accurately. Furthermore, they should have a valid driver’s license as transportation may be necessary to collect samples from off-site locations occasionally.
