HR Manager Vacancy - 1700 KD/Month

Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing the company's human resources, including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, performance management and other HR functions.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of managing an effective HR department. He/She should also be knowledgeable in local labor law regulations. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not essential. We are also willing to consider foreigners for this position.

The successful candidate will need strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. He/She should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while paying attention to detail. The ability to motivate employees is essential as is the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
