VACANCY: Accountant

Location: Al Kuwait, Kuwait

Salary: 1400 KD/month (negotiable for foreigners)

Required Experience:
We are looking for an experienced accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate must be able to analyze financial data accurately and proficiently. Knowledge of Kuwaiti accounting regulations is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and related supporting documents
- Perform daily bookkeeping activities such as recording transactions in the general ledger and preparing bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and budgets
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable activities to ensure timely payment/collection of funds
- Prepare tax returns in accordance with local regulations
- Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
