Job Title: Librarian

Salary: 1100 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of working experience in a library and must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills. The role will include cataloguing books, periodicals and other materials; assisting readers with finding relevant information; providing reference services; collecting fines for overdue materials and maintaining records on borrowing materials. The successful candidate should also be comfortable using the latest library technology and software.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a library or similar environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to use library technology and software effectively
• Knowledge of cataloging systems and principles
• Familiarity with reference services
• Bachelor's degree in library science or related field preferred but not required
