Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing staff.
• Responsible for producing high-quality dishes that follow company recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management processes.
• Monitor food costs and maintain budgets for kitchen operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred but not required. • 5+ years of experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role.
