Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, including planning menus, overseeing food preparation, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met, and managing staff. The Executive Chef will also ensure that financial targets are met by controlling labor costs and ingredient costs. The role requires knowledge of kitchen operations, experience with food handling laws and regulations, and skill in leading a team of cooks.

Requirements for the Candidate:
-Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
-Excellent knowledge of food handling laws and regulations
-Proven track record in successfully developing menus
-Creative, innovative approach to cooking
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Flexible approach when dealing with changing needs of customers
-Immigration status: We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role
