We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. Our goal is to provide our guests with the best experience when it comes to selecting wines, spirits and other beverages. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep knowledge of winemaking processes, vintage varieties, and the ability to pair food with drinks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the wine list, providing tastings for customers, advising on food and drink pairings, as well as maintaining inventory levels. The Sommelier must also be able to communicate effectively with customers and other staff members while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and a minimum of WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent. We would prefer a foreign applicant with an understanding of cultural differences and the ability to communicate fluently in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
