Accountant – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a talented and organized Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an innovative, international team and help drive the success of our business.

The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Experience with financial software (such as Sage) is essential for this role. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position if they meet the required criteria.

Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, payroll and fixed assets
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial activities
- Assisting with monthly closing process
- Analyzing financial data and producing forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; we are willing to consider entry level applicants if they can demonstrate relevant competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of finance software (e.g., Sage) is essential for this role
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1300 AED per month
