Barista vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month. Previous experience is not necessary as we are willing to provide the necessary training for the successful candidate.

The ideal Barista should be able to work independently and have excellent customer service skills. They should also be organized, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver completed orders in a timely manner
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store including the counter area, seating area, and equipment
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Ensure that all store policies are adhered to
• Assist customers by providing information about menu items and drinks specials
• Up-sell items when appropriate
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary
• Comply with store policies concerning cash handling, returns/refunds and open/close procedures.
