Job Summary:
We are looking for a Truck Driver to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires an experienced driver who is willing to work hard and consistently follow safety protocols. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving our cargo trucks within the UAE and other areas outside the UAE, as well as loading, unloading, and transporting goods safely. The successful candidate should have a valid UAE driver’s license and be willing to work long shifts if needed. We are offering a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month plus benefits.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must possess a valid UAE driver’s license with at least 5 years of experience in driving heavy trucks. The applicant must be able to read and understand maps/GPS systems; have knowledge of traffic regulations; possess excellent driving skills; demonstrate good communication skills; be able to lift up to 50 kilograms; and show evidence of having no major violations on their record in the past three years. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Duties:
The Truck Driver will be responsible for planning routes according to delivery schedules, loading/unloading goods from truck and store, carrying out pre-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations when on the road, keeping accurate logs of trips using log books or electronic logging systems, informing supervisors or customers about delivery delays or issues en route, keeping track of delivery records such as invoices or orders etc., refueling vehicles when needed as well as cleaning trucks when necessary.
