Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing guidance to the staff under their supervision. Job Responsibilities
• Supervise staff members assigned to you and ensure that they perform their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain records of staff performance, attendance, etc.
• Develop effective strategies to increase productivity within the department
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Implement safety rules within the workplace
• Train and develop staff members in order to maximize their potentials

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager
• Proven leadership skills with strong organizational abilities
