Restaurant Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including training staff, managing budgets, and handling customer inquiries
• Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient use of resources
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train new staff on proper operational procedures
• Develop strategies to increase customer base and sales revenues
• Ensure all staff follows the restaurant’s dress code and grooming standards
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry
• Experience in budgeting management and controlling costs of operations
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with customers, employees, suppliers, etc. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Immigrant status is welcome but not essential; salary is 1600 AED per month.
