Security Manager Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall security of our organization, including the physical premises and its occupants. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 with benefits.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, facilities, and information assets
• Monitor physical security systems such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarms etc.
• Train personnel on security protocols and practices
• Respond promptly to all security incidents
• Investigate reported incidents and document findings
• Supervise a team of security personnel
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies on matters concerning the organization’s security
• Maintain records of all access control activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field; Master’s degree is preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Security Management or related field • Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations/standards • Excellent leadership skills • A keen eye for detail
