Needs for the Candidate
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• 3+ years of experience working as a Physician Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with standard medical care protocols
• Knowledge of current healthcare regulations
