We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management and customer service.

This position has a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing the Housekeeping department and ensuring that all standards are met. Duties include: overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department; managing staff, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance; developing, implementing, and updating housekeeping policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; addressing customer complaints; and tracking expenses and ordering supplies.

The successful applicant should possess excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills. They should also be able to work well under pressure, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, able to multitask, have good leadership skills, be willing to work flexible hours as needed, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
