We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce parts and tools as per customer specifications.

Requirements:
• Experience in CNC operation is preferred but we are willing to train someone with no experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand the steps necessary for producing parts and tools from them.
• Familiarity with G-code programming language is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Program machines using G-code language or other appropriate programming languages according to customer specifications or blueprints.
• Monitor machine performance during production runs, making adjustments as needed if the machine does not perform correctly or if quality issues arise.
• Set up machines using appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, and other components needed for production runs.
• Maintain all required records such as production logs, maintenance logs, etc., in an accurate manner.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning machines, changing worn parts, lubricating moving parts, etc., in order to keep machines running properly at all times.

Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300 KD per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance and paid vacation days after probation period is over for the successful candidate.
