We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience in a similar position and be ready to take on a leadership role in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their assigned area, such as staff management, customer service, process and quality control, and inventory management. They will also provide guidance and training to staff members, ensuring that they are up to date with best practices and policies within the organization.

The Supervisor should possess excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. They should have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to make quick decisions under pressure. A good understanding of customer service dynamics is also a must.
