Secretary job in Doha Qatar
as a Secretary

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to our staff.

Your key duties will include answering phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and travel itineraries, organizing data entry and filing of documents, preparing invoices and other documents as required. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A good understanding of office management processes is essential. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience working as a Secretary and must be comfortable working with computers. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role. The salary offered for this position is 1300 QAR per month.
