LAND SURVEYOR – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a highly experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in land surveying and related work. We are open to considering foreign applicants who have the necessary qualifications and experience. The salary for this role is 1800 per month.

Demands for the Candidate:

-At least two years’ experience in land surveying and related work
-Strong knowledge of surveying principles and practice, including use of surveying instruments
-Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, GIS systems, and other survey software
-Ability to interpret survey data and prepare drawings based on established codes
-Valid driver’s license
-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Description of Job:

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks related to land surveying. This includes gathering data using specialized tools such as total station instruments and GPS units; interpreting survey data; preparing sketches; mapping boundary lines; maintaining records; conducting surveys on roads, highways, buildings, bridges, monuments, rivers and other land features; producing accurate topographical maps; analyzing aerial photographs; checking plans against field measurements; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements. The successful candidate must be able to analyze survey data accurately and prepare drawings based on established codes.
