Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management principles. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines while managing expectations of stakeholders and clients
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors/contractors for the flawless execution of projects
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, identify areas of improvement, and troubleshoot any potential issues that arise during the course of a project
• Assess risk factors associated with each project and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Provide clear direction to staff by assigning tasks/duties as needed in order to achieve desired results within deadlines
• Collaborate with various teams for efficient resource utilization
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the duration of projects

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
• Previous experience in a project management role is preferred but not required; fresh graduates may also apply
• Proven ability to plan strategically, lead projects from concept to completion, set goals/priorities while managing expectations of stakeholders/clients
• Ability to multitask efficiently with attention to detail while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Excellent organizational skills with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with project management software is a plus
