Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff training and development, menu planning, customer service, financial reporting and inventory management.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Preferably a degree in business management or relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of success in leading restaurant operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work long hours as required
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

Overview of the Job:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations. You will oversee staff training and development, menu planning, customer service, financial reporting and inventory management. You will also ensure that all safety regulations are met at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities such as ordering supplies, scheduling shifts and monitoring food costs. The successful candidate must be able to work long hours as required. We are willing to consider an immigrant with no prior experience if they meet the requirements listed above.
