The successful Restaurant Manager will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and multitask. They should possess strong organizational skills, be able to plan ahead, and be comfortable with delegating tasks to staff members. The candidate should also be familiar with all food and beverage safety regulations and able to enforce them consistently and fairly among staff members.
