Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills and strong customer service experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation, including staff training, stock management, operations and customer service. The role also involves setting business strategies to drive sales and performance, developing new business plans to maximize profits and build customer loyalty. You should also be comfortable handling administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling and managing budgets.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for success. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to lead a team and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong problem-solving skills. A background in hospitality or business management is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role with a salary of 1700 per month.
