Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 that is negotiable depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a restaurant manager, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. Additionally, they should be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for the food industry.

Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, menu development, inventory control and budgeting
• Developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve financial performance
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Coordinating with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with health codes and other applicable regulations
• Building relationships with suppliers to ensure availability of quality ingredients and supplies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of customer service principles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
