Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1300 SAR per month

We are currently looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 SAR per month.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in land surveying activities and be knowledgeable on the principles and practices of land surveying and data processing techniques. He/She should also have a good knowledge of applicable survey laws, regulations, and procedures.

The main duties and responsibilities include:
• Carrying out topographical land surveys in accordance with internationally accepted standards.
• Utilizing survey instruments such as Total Stations, GPS receivers, and various other tools as required.
• Collecting survey data using a variety of survey methods including field traverses and photogrammetry.
• Interpreting aerial photography and satellite imagery to produce accurate maps.
• Analyzing survey results to ensure accuracy of measurements taken and accuracy of subsequent plans or maps produced.
• Preparing written reports documenting the results of surveys conducted.

In addition to the above qualifications, the successful applicant should have excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic; possess strong organizational skills; be able to work independently or as part of a team; have excellent problem-solving skills; be able to adhere to strict safety standards; have valid driving license; and be willing to travel when needed.
