Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to help lead our culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in all aspects of food preparation and demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus, developing recipes, tracking inventory, scheduling staff shifts, overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring quality of dishes served. You must have an eye for detail to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic (preferred)
• Knowledge of international cuisine & cooking techniques
